Applications & Recommendations

Slip Casting in Plaster Molds

Its fluid consistency makes it suitable for slip casting in plaster molds. It flows easily into narrow channels and intricate details, helping reproduce mold features with excellent accuracy.

Decorative Ceramic Objects

Suitable for producing vases, figurines, ornaments, accessories, and a wide variety of decorative ceramic products through slip casting.

Tableware Production

Suitable for manufacturing bowls, cups, plates, and other functional ceramic ware. For products intended for food contact, appropriate food-safe glazes and the necessary compliance testing should be carried out.

Studio & Production Use

Its ready-to-use liquid form reduces preparation time, making it suitable for ceramic studios, educational institutions, and production environments.

Detailed Ceramic Forms

Its fine, grog-free composition supports the production of intricate details and smooth surface finishes.

USE NOTICE
Before use, the casting slip should be stirred slowly until homogeneous to eliminate any settling. High-speed mixing should be avoided to minimize air bubbles, and the slip may be allowed to rest briefly if necessary.
FIRING & GLAZE COMPATIBILITY
The selected glaze must be compatible with the 1000–1150°C firing range and the clay body. To prevent crazing, peeling, or other surface defects, glaze compatibility and firing tests are recommended before full-scale production.

Product Advantages

Ready-to-Use Liquid Form

Eliminates the need for preparing casting slip from powder, adjusting water content, or adding electrolytes, allowing immediate use.

Fine, Grog-Free Body

Its smooth, particle-free composition helps produce refined surfaces and accurately reproduce mold details.

White Fired Color

The white fired surface provides a clean background that enhances the appearance of glazes and decorative finishes.

Excellent Casting Fluidity

Its optimized flow characteristics help fill intricate areas of plaster molds evenly and consistently.

Versatile Applications

Suitable for casting a wide variety of ceramic products, from decorative objects to functional tableware.

Efficient Production Process

Its ready-to-use formulation helps reduce preparation errors and provides more consistent casting performance across different production batches.

As production conditions may vary, testing is recommended before full-scale production for casting time, wall thickness, demolding, drying, glaze compatibility, and firing results.
