Your Rights as a Data Subject and Requests of Relevant Persons

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), data subjects have the right to:

• Learn whether personal data is processed,
• Request information if personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
• Know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, despite having been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against the person themselves by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Demand compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Relevant persons whose personal data are processed through cookies used on our website may submit their requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law in writing to the following address or e-mail address in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller".
