DELIVERY POLICY

1. DOMESTIC DELIVERY (WITHIN TURKEY)
Following the bank's approval of your payment, your orders are generally handed over to the relevant logistics company within 4 business days (Monday-Friday).
Delivery Times
- Courier Companies (Kargo): The delivery time for orders given to courier companies can vary between 1-3 business days depending on the buyer's region.
- Transport/Freight Companies (Ambar): The delivery time for orders given to transport companies can vary between 1-10 business days depending on the buyer's region.
- REFSAN Vehicle: The delivery time for orders delivered by REFSAN vehicles can vary between 1-15 business days depending on the buyer's region.
2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (OUTSIDE TURKEY)
For our international customers, after payment confirmation, your products are prepared for shipment within 1-5 business days.
Delivery Times
- FedEx Express: All international orders are shipped via FedEx. Shipping durations vary depending on the destination country. Generally, we use fast shipping services, and the delivery can take between 7-15 days.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. The buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes in the destination country.
3. CUSTOM PRODUCTION AND STOCK STATUS
The delivery times for custom-produced items, kilns, and machinery manufactured based on specific requests may vary depending on the manufacturing process. Delivery information and durations for such products are clearly stated on the relevant product pages. You can also get information regarding this matter from your sales representative.
Confirmation of the products you purchased will be sent to you via email. If any of the items you selected are out of stock, you will receive an email regarding the relevant product, and the date the item will be back in stock will be communicated to you.
4. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In the event of any setback caused by us, order delivery times may be extended. In such cases, we will inform you using your membership information. Therefore, it is of great importance that your membership information is accurate and complete.
Please note that deliveries will not be made on national holidays and public holidays. The products you selected will be delivered to you via the courier/logistics companies we have agreements with.
The refsan.com.tr online shopping site allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. If products paid for online are out of stock, there is a minimum waiting period of 4 (four) days and a maximum of 30 (thirty) days.
If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer within this period, the payment made will be refunded to the consumer.
Pre-Order Note: This right does not apply to pre-order products; however, the pre-order delivery date is deemed accepted by the customer. The customer's right of withdrawal continues for pre-order products.
