Applications & Recommendations
Slip Casting in Plaster Molds
Its ready-to-use liquid form makes it suitable for slip-casting applications in plaster molds. The casting time and mold dwell time should be adjusted according to the form to achieve a uniform wall thickness.
Detailed Ceramic Forms
Its fine, grog-free composition helps transfer small mold details clearly to the surface and produce smooth results.
Decorative Stoneware Products
Suitable for the slip-cast production of vases, decorative objects, figurines, vessels, and a variety of other stoneware pieces.
High-Fire Applications
Its wide firing range of 1200–1280°C makes it suitable for use with different kiln schedules and compatible stoneware glazes.
USE NOTICE
Before use, the product should be mixed until completely homogeneous to eliminate any settling or variations in consistency. Mixing should be carried out carefully to prevent air bubbles, and the slip may be allowed to rest briefly when necessary.
FIRING & GLAZE COMPATIBILITY
The selected glaze must be compatible with the 1200–1280°C firing range and the stoneware body. As results may vary depending on the kiln, glaze, wall thickness, and firing schedule, small-scale testing is recommended before full-scale production.
Product Advantages
White Fired Color
The white fired color creates a clean surface that helps decorative colors and glazes appear more clearly.
Fine, Grog-Free Composition
Its fine body contains no grog, helping produce smooth surfaces and clearly defined mold details.
Ready-to-Use Liquid Form
The ready-to-use liquid form eliminates the need to prepare casting slip from powder and provides practical use in slip-casting applications.
Wide Firing Range
The 1200–1280°C firing range offers flexibility for a variety of high-fire ceramic projects.
Different Package Options
The 5 kg and 25 kg package options provide suitable alternatives for both test projects and larger-scale production.
As production conditions may vary, casting time, mold release, drying, glaze compatibility, and firing tests are recommended before full-scale production.
