Work to be done by the Customer
It sets the place where the machine will be placed and the width required for installation.
The cable, fuse, etc. that will be required for the electrical line are notified by our company, Before the delivery of the machine, the place where it will be installed and electrical connections are prepared up to the machine and panel.
Transportation and Installation Transportation will be done by the BUYER. If it is requested to be provided by REFSAN, it will be discussed mutually. If the transportation will be organized by the customer, insurance is recommended. The crane and forklift that will be needed during the unloading process will be provided by the BUYER. If it is to be made with REFSAN vehicle, there is NO need for forklift or crane for lowering down since there is a lift behind it. Installation is done by REF-SAN Service.
Delivery Time and Option Product delivery is usually ready in our stocks. If not, it will be made within 30 DAYS at the latest following the order and advance payment. On-site installation of the energy connections to the oven is also completed and the oven is ready for use.
Warranty and Periodic Maintenance The Machine subject to the offer is under our warranty for 2 (Two) years from the date of delivery against all kinds of manufacturing and material defects, excluding usage defects, wear parts and normal wear and tear. Against workmanship defects, 2 YEAR Warranty coverage is valid free of charge. Even if the warranty period has expired, our company accepts and undertakes to supply spare parts and provide service for 10 years for the products it manufactures.
Note Factors that may cause problems such as Door Width, Height, Stairs up to the place where the machine will be placed should be known and taken into consideration in advance. The electrical power in the place where the machine will be operated should be 380 V. Industrial Electricity, the connections should be ready and the machine should be able to handle the power.
