The Wall-Mounted Manual Clay Extruder is a manual extrusion system used to shape clay into different profiles and cross-sections for ceramic and pottery applications. Its wall-mounted design and 4 different die options allow various clay profiles to be produced.
The extruder is used to force prepared clay through a selected die to produce a specific profile and cross-section. The different die options allow various clay profiles to be prepared for ceramic applications. It is suitable for use by ceramic artists, educational institutions, studios, and workshops.
Before use, ensure that the product is securely mounted to the wall. After installing the appropriate die on the extruder, clay of suitable softness is placed into the barrel. Pressure is applied to the clay using the handle, forcing it through the selected die to produce a profile of the desired length.
After each use, the barrel, dies, and all parts that come into contact with clay should be cleaned. Water can be used for cleaning. The cleaned parts should be dried and stored ready for the next use.
