The Vibratory Sieve Shaker is an electromagnetic sieve shaker used for separating different particle sizes in laboratory analysis and raw material quality control processes. It operates with circular and vertical vibration movements and can accommodate a maximum of 8 sieves simultaneously.
The electromagnetic motor system combines circular and vertical vibration movements to move the sample across the sieve surface. The vertical oscillation helps distribute the material across the sieve surface and keep the mesh openings clear during the sieving process.
It can be used to separate samples according to particle size in laboratory analysis and raw material quality control processes. It is compatible with sieves measuring 200 mm - 300 mm in diameter and allows multi-level sieving with a maximum of 8 sieves simultaneously.
The operating process can be managed through the LCD control system. The 01 - 60 minute timer allows the sieving duration to be set according to the application.
