Three-Piece Spice Jar Set Ceramic Bisque is an unglazed ceramic bisque set featuring three lidded containers of different heights, designed for painting, glazing, and personalized kitchen set projects.
The cylindrical bodies and handled lids provide a convenient application area for underglaze paints, ceramic paints, ceramic glazes, traditional motifs, borders, and modern patterns. The large, medium, and small sizes can be used together to create a coordinated, graduated set.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The products are supplied as fired but unglazed ceramic bisque. To make them suitable for food storage, the inner surfaces, openings, and all areas of the containers that may come into contact with food must be coated with food-safe ceramic glazes and fired again at the temperature recommended for the glaze used.

Application and Firing Notes
- Before painting, remove dust from the body and lid surfaces with a clean, dry brush.
- The firing temperature should be determined according to the technical specifications of the paint and glaze used.
- The inner surfaces of containers intended for food storage must be glazed evenly and without gaps.
- Care should be taken to prevent excessive glaze from accumulating inside the containers, around the bases, and on the lid seating areas.
- A thick layer of glaze should not be left on surfaces where the lid and body come into contact.
- It is recommended to mark, paint, and fire each lid together with its matching container.
- The containers and lids should be placed separately during glaze firing to prevent them from touching each other.
- When placing them in the kiln, the base areas of the containers and lids that come into contact with the kiln shelf must be left unglazed.
- After firing, check the lid-to-body fit and the integrity of the glazed surfaces.
FOOD CONTACT WARNING: Glazing the products alone does not make them suitable for food storage. Only glazes identified by their manufacturer as food-safe should be used. After firing, the inner surfaces must be inspected for cracks, pinholes, glaze gaps, and uncoated areas.
Usage and Cleaning Notes
- Before using the containers for food storage, carefully inspect their inner surfaces and openings.
- When removing the lids, hold them carefully by their handles to prevent dropping.
- The products should be protected from sudden temperature changes and hard impacts.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, metal scouring pads, or hard scrapers.
- Dishwasher suitability depends on the technical properties of the applied glaze and firing program.
- Products decorated with acrylic paint or decorative varnish must not be soaked in water or washed.
Handcraftsmanship and Product Variations
Due to the ceramic production process, slight variations in dimensions, weight, capacity, surface texture, color tone, and lid fit may occur between products. These differences do not affect use and are a natural result of the production process.
TEST RECOMMENDATION: A small test application is recommended before use to check the compatibility of the paint and glaze with the products, the result they produce on the inner surfaces of the containers, their effect on the lid fit, and their firing behavior.
