Application and Firing Notes
- Before painting, dust on the surface should be removed with a clean, dry brush.
- The firing temperature should be determined according to the technical specifications of the paint and glaze used.
- If the lid and body are decorated as separate pieces, care should be taken to ensure that glaze thickness does not affect the fit of the lid.
- Excessive glaze buildup should be avoided around the opening, lid seating surface, and base.
- If the product is intended for use with liquids, the inner surface should be completely coated with a suitable glaze and tested after firing.
FOOD / LIQUID USE WARNING: Glazing the product alone does not mean that it is suitable for contact with food or liquids. A suitable glaze must be used, the correct firing process must be applied, and surface safety and watertightness should be checked before use.
Handcrafting and Product Variations
Due to the ceramic production process, slight variations in dimensions, weight, surface texture, lid fit, and form may occur between products. These variations do not affect use and are a natural characteristic of the product.
TEST RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended to perform a small test before application to check the compatibility of the paint and glaze with the product and the resulting finish on the lid and body.
