Toronto Plaster Mold 

This professional 3-piece plaster mold is designed for producing the modern Toronto ceramic series. Specifically engineered for slip casting with ceramic or porcelain clay, its multi-part assembly ensures precise edges and easy demolding, making it an ideal choice for high-quality tableware and boutique pottery production.

• Wipe the internal surfaces with a damp sponge before use to ensure they are free of dust and debris.
• Thoroughly mix the casting slip (using an electric mixer or wooden spoon).
• Prepare the slip 24 hours in advance and use sodium silicate (glass water) during the mixing stage.
• Pour the slip slowly, filling the mold to the brim.
• Note: Suitable for ceramic/porcelain slip casting ONLY. Not suitable for plaster or stone powder.
• Depending on weather conditions, 2–4 casts can be performed per day.

Minor exterior imperfections on the mold do not impact the quality of the final cast. The integrity of the internal surface is the primary factor for achieving a professional and smooth finish.
