Toronto Mug Ceramic Bisque
Toronto Mug Ceramic Bisque is an unglazed ceramic bisque product designed for personalized mug projects, featuring a simple and balanced body form.
Its broad outer surface provides a suitable application area for underglaze paints, ceramic glazes, ceramic paints, graphic patterns, landscape drawings, botanical motifs, and lettering. With its 250 ml capacity, it can be used to serve tea, coffee, and similar beverages once completed using the correct materials and firing process.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The product is supplied as fired but unglazed ceramic bisque. To make it suitable for beverage use, the inner surface, rim, and areas that may come into contact with food must be coated with a food-safe ceramic glaze and fired again at the temperature recommended for the glaze used.

Application and Firing Notes
- Before painting, remove surface dust with a clean, dry brush.
- The firing temperature should be determined according to the technical specifications of the paint and glaze used.
- The inner surface, rim, and areas that may come into contact with food must be glazed without gaps.
- Care should be taken to prevent excessive glaze from accumulating around the handle attachments, body transitions, and inner base.
- The base must be left unglazed when placing the product in the kiln.
- The product should be placed flat and securely on the kiln shelf without touching other pieces.
- After firing, check the surface for cracks, pinholes, glaze gaps, and sharp edges.
- Dishwasher and microwave suitability depends on the technical properties of the glaze and firing program used.
FOOD USE WARNING: Glazing the product alone does not guarantee that it is suitable for food contact. The glaze must be verified as food-safe, and the glazed surface should be carefully inspected before beverage use.
Handcraftsmanship and Product Variations
Due to the ceramic production process, slight variations in dimensions, capacity, surface texture, color tone, body form, and handle attachments may occur between products. These differences do not affect use and are a natural result of the production process.
TEST RECOMMENDATION: A small test application is recommended before use to check the compatibility of the paint and glaze with the product, the result they produce on the surface, and their firing behavior.
