Tart Bowl Set of 4 Ceramic Bisque
Tart Bowl Set of 4 Ceramic Bisque is a functional and decorative ceramic set that brings together four different bowls growing in graduated sizes.
It creates a harmonious presentation set thanks to its wavy edges inspired by classic tart molds and flat inner surfaces. Their unglazed and porous surfaces are suitable for underglaze, ceramic glaze, tile paint, and acrylic paint applications.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The set consists of four fired but unglazed ceramic bisque bowls. In order to be used for food presentations, the surfaces of the bowls must be coated with food-safe ceramic glazes and re-fired at the recommended temperature of the products used.

Application and Firing Notes
- Before painting, dust on the surface of each bowl should be removed with a clean and dry brush.
- The firing temperature should be determined according to the technical specifications of the paint and glaze used.
- Care should be taken to avoid excessive glaze accumulation on the inner base, wavy edges, and surface transitions.
- No glaze should be left on the base sections of the bowls, and each piece must be placed on the kiln shelf separately, flat, and balanced.
- During glaze firing, the bowls must not be nested inside each other or allowed to touch one another.
FOOD CONTACT WARNING: The glaze used must be food-safe and applied according to the firing schedule specified by its manufacturer. After firing, the surfaces must be inspected for cracks, glaze crawling, and similar defects before being used for food presentation.
Handcrafting and Product Variations
Due to the ceramic production process, slight variations in size, thickness, surface texture, form, and wavy edge details may be observed among the bowls. These differences, which do not affect usage, stem from the natural structure of the products.
TEST RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended to perform a small test before bulk application to observe the compatibility of the paint and glaze with the ceramic surface, their behavior on the wavy edges, and the firing result.
