IMPORTANT NOTE: The product is delivered as a fired but unglazed ceramic bisque. In order to be used for food contact, its surface must be coated with food-safe ceramic glazes and re-fired at the recommended temperature of the products used.

Application and Firing Notes
- Before painting, dust on the surface should be removed with a clean and dry brush.
- The firing temperature should be determined according to the technical specifications of the paint and glaze used.
- Care should be taken to avoid excessive glaze accumulation on the inner base, wavy edges, and surface transitions.
- When placing in the kiln, no glaze should be left on the base, and the product must be positioned flat.
- All surfaces that will be used for food presentation must be covered with appropriate ceramic glazes.
FOOD CONTACT WARNING: The glaze used must be food-safe and applied according to the firing schedule specified by its manufacturer. After firing, the surface must be inspected for cracks, glaze crawling, and similar defects before being used for food presentation.
OVEN USE WARNING: The use of food-safe glaze alone does not guarantee that the product is suitable for direct oven baking. Before oven use, the compatibility of the ceramic body and the applied glaze for this purpose must be verified, and sudden temperature changes should be avoided.
Handcrafting and Product Variations
Due to the ceramic production process, slight variations in size, thickness, surface texture, form, and wavy edge details may be observed among products. These differences, which do not affect usage, stem from the natural structure of the product.
TEST RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended to perform a small test before application to observe the compatibility of the paint and glaze with the product, the result it will create on a wide surface, and its firing behavior.
