USAGE & PREPARATION
CASTING INSTRUCTIONS
  • Wipe the internal surfaces with a damp sponge before use to ensure they are free of dust and debris.
  • Thoroughly mix the casting slip (using an electric mixer or wooden spoon).
  • Prepare the slip 24 hours in advance and use sodium silicate (glass water) during the mixing stage for ideal fluidity.
  • Pour the slip slowly, filling the mold to the brim.
  • Depending on weather conditions, 2–4 casts can be performed per day.
MOLD CONDITION & CARE

Minor exterior imperfections on the mold do not impact the quality of the final cast. The integrity of the internal cavity is the primary factor for achieving professional and smooth results.

If the mold arrives damp, allow it to air-dry at room temperature for 1-2 days before first use.
Mold Lifespan: Approx. 100 uses
(May vary based on clay type, usage frequency, and drying conditions.)
