Spoon Rest V3 Ceramic Bisque
Spoon Rest V3 Ceramic Bisque is designed to hold serving spoons, ladles and similar kitchen utensils during food preparation, helping prevent direct contact with the countertop.
Its long and wide form provides a customizable painting surface. The unglazed, porous surface is suitable for underglaze colors, ceramic glazes, tile paints and acrylic paints. It can be used for ceramic painting projects, workshops and decorative kitchen projects.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The product is supplied as fired but unglazed ceramic bisque. To make it suitable for kitchen use and provide an easy-to-clean surface, it must be coated with a suitable ceramic glaze and fired again at the temperature recommended for the products used.

DECORATIVE USE WARNING: Products decorated with acrylic paint or decorative varnish must be used for decorative purposes only. They must not come into contact with hot kitchen utensils or food and must not be washed under running water.
Application and Firing Notes
- Before painting, remove surface dust with a clean, dry brush.
- The firing temperature must be determined according to the technical instructions of the paint and glaze being used.
- Avoid excessive glaze buildup on the inner surface and do not leave glaze on the base that comes into contact with the kiln shelf.
- For kitchen use, choose glazes that have been confirmed as suitable for heat and food contact.
- When loading the kiln, make sure the base of the product rests evenly on the kiln shelf.
FOOD USE WARNING: Glazing the product alone does not guarantee that it is suitable for food contact. A suitable glaze must be used, the correct firing process must be followed and the glazed surface must be inspected for cracks, pinholes and similar defects before use.
Hand-Finished Characteristics and Product Variations
Due to the ceramic production process, slight differences in dimensions, surface texture, thickness and color tone may occur between products. These natural variations do not affect use and result from the material and production process.
TESTING RECOMMENDATION: A small test application is recommended before use to check the compatibility of the selected paint and glaze with the product and to evaluate the firing result.
