SP 1380 Linden is a reactive, satin-matte high-fire glaze that produces soft pastel green, hazy cream, and natural botanical tones. The pastel green becomes richer across recessed and flat areas, while creamy, lighter transitions develop over edges, raised details, and elevated areas to give the form natural depth. It creates calm, balanced surfaces on minimalist, modern, and nature-inspired forms.

Application and Linden Effect Notes

• Reactive character: The pastel green becomes richer in recessed areas, while the glaze may become thinner over raised and elevated areas, producing hazy cream and lighter variegated transitions.
• Brush application: Applying 3 coats is recommended for a rich, silky surface. Allow the surface to dry completely between coats and apply each coat in a different direction.
• Clay body selection: Green and cream transitions appear cleaner and clearer on white high-fire clay bodies. Speckled or grogged clay bodies may produce more rustic surfaces with a natural stone character.
• Application thickness: Thicker applications may deepen the pastel green tone. Lighter, creamier transitions may appear over thinly glazed edges and raised details.
