Application and Dalyan Effect Notes

• Variegated character: The distribution of green, blue, and petrol tones may vary depending on application thickness, form, and firing conditions.
• Brush application: Applying 3 coats is recommended for a rich, layered surface. Allow the surface to dry completely between coats and apply each coat in a different direction.
• Clay body selection: Green and blue transitions appear cleaner and more vivid on white high-fire clay bodies. Speckled, grogged, or dark clay bodies may produce more rustic surfaces.
