Depending on application thickness, light green areas, dark-colored pooling, and dynamic transitions may develop across the surface. Application and Ceceva Effect Notes

• Variegated character: The distribution of the tea green, olive, and dark tones may vary depending on application thickness, the structure of the form, and firing conditions.
• Brush application: For a saturated and layered surface over white clay, applying 3 coats is recommended. Allow the surface to dry completely between coats and apply each coat in a different direction.
• Flow: The glaze has a fluid character and may move during firing. Avoid excessively thick application on vertical forms and leave a sufficient unglazed safety margin at the base.
• Clay body selection: Green and olive tones appear cleaner and more vivid on white high-fire clay bodies. Speckled, grogged, or dark-colored clay bodies may produce more rustic surfaces.
• Application thickness: Dark green tones and pooling may increase with thicker applications. Lighter green transitions may develop around thinly coated edges and raised details.
