Application and Statis Effect Notes

• Reactive character: The distribution of the lilac, purple, and dark blue tones may vary depending on application thickness, the structure of the form, and firing conditions.
• Brush application: For a saturated and layered surface, applying 3 coats is recommended. Allow the surface to dry completely between coats and apply each coat in a different direction.
• Mixing: Mix the product thoroughly before application to distribute the color- and pattern-forming components evenly across the surface. Stir again at regular intervals during application.
• Clay body selection: Lilac, purple, and blue transitions appear more distinct on white high-fire clay bodies. Speckled, grogged, or dark-colored clay bodies may produce darker and more rustic surfaces.
