RTG 300 Gas-Fired Cupellation Furnace

The RTG 300 Gas-Fired Cupellation Furnace is an industrial furnace developed specifically for cupellation processes, with a maximum operating temperature of 1200°C. Its large working chamber, gas-fired heating system and digital temperature control provide a practical configuration for industrial cupellation applications.

Large Working Chamber for Cupellation

The 120 × 68 × 40 cm internal chamber dimensions provide a wide horizontal working area for the organised placement of cupels and samples. The large front opening provides direct access to the chamber and simplifies loading and unloading operations.

With a maximum operating temperature of 1200°C, the furnace provides the thermal environment required for controlled cupellation processes.

Gas Train and Combustion Air System

The RTG 300 incorporates a gas train and combustion air system designed to work together to establish the combustion conditions required by the process. Gas regulation components, pressure control equipment and the combustion air supply are arranged for convenient access during operation and servicing.

Gas connection and commissioning must be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with the facility's gas supply and installation requirements.

Digital Temperature Control

The electrical and control components are housed in a dedicated control cabinet positioned alongside the furnace. The Dacon DTC 870 digital temperature controller operates together with a K-type thermocouple to monitor the furnace temperature throughout the process.

The control panel also incorporates the operating controls required for the main furnace functions.
