Technical Specifications

Door: opens to the right or left.
Kiln type: Chamber type, with two trolleys (front back door or single door system).
Two trolley system with manual movement on the rail, in and out of the Kiln.
Interior and exterior surfaces are electrostatic powder coated (baked at 200ºC), completely resistant to decay.
Kiln floor level is at a suitable height from the ground for ease of operation.
The control panel on the Kiln and Kiln electrical connections are protected.
40 mm ventilation gap on 4 surfaces. (provides easy heating and cooling of the Kiln, easy removal of gas and water vapor and long life of the metal parts)
With ventilation flap at the top and flap at the bottom (in proportion to the internal volume)

Control RF800 Digital Programmer
It shows the date, time, program, step, set temperature, time to leave, current temperature and remaining time at the top of the screen.
Automatically activates itself in case of power cuts.
It gives a report of the last 8 burns at 2 minute intervals. You can see the whole burn.
Ability to enter 5 programs and 15 sets in each program.
Automatic close - open feature on the top cover
Temperature measurement: K Type NiCr-Ni 25-1200ºC for RS Model, S Type Pt-Rd-Pt thermocouple for RSH Model with rear center three points.
Furnace cooling system is free cooling.
Automatically cuts off the electricity when the door is opened.

Accessories-Optional
European shelf made of 400x500x15 mm cordierite material with 1200ºC resistance to be used in the Kiln.
5cm long, round, 1200ºC resistant, interlocking shelf leg (support) to be used in the Kiln.
