RD50 Large Capacity, Controlled Test Firings

The RD50 Test Kiln is a large-capacity chamber kiln developed for new product development, recipe testing, R&D studies and sample firing. It can be safely preferred for test work requiring higher capacity in the ceramic, porcelain, glass, enamel, laboratory and technical material industries.

With 1200°C and 1320°C maximum temperature options, it allows temperature, color, strength and process tests to be performed on samples before production. This enables results to be verified safely and economically before moving to large-scale production.

Powerful Insulation for Test Firings

The high-density alumina bricks resistant up to 1430°C used inside the RD50 help keep heat evenly balanced inside the kiln during test firings. Its strong insulation structure improves energy efficiency, while its fiber-free design provides a safer working environment for laboratories, workshops and R&D facilities.

RD50 Test Kiln Technical Structure

RD50 combines its large internal volume with professional control systems to deliver reliable performance in recipe testing, sample firing and R&D studies. It enables controlled evaluation of temperature, color, strength and process results during pre-production trials.

Digital Program Control

With the RF860 programmer, temperature increase, holding time and test firing steps are managed in a controlled way.
