RD16 Compact Design, Controlled Ash Determination Analyses

The RD16 Ash Furnace is a compact high-temperature solution used in food laboratories, mining and coal analyses, environmental and waste analyses, chemistry laboratories, universities and R&D centers. It is used to incinerate samples in a controlled way, remove organic components and determine the remaining mineral content.

With 1200°C and 1320°C maximum temperature options, it provides stable and repeatable operating performance for ash determination, sample incineration and high-temperature laboratory analyses.

Powerful Insulation for Laboratory Use

The high-density alumina bricks resistant up to 1430°C used inside the RD16 help keep heat evenly balanced inside the furnace during the analysis process. Its strong insulation structure improves energy efficiency, while its fiber-free design provides a safer working environment in laboratories.
