Plate Plaster Mold Series
A plaster mold series designed for producing standard plate forms using the jiggering method. Jigger Wheel Application
The molds are used for producing plates with vacuum-deaired plastic clay on jigger wheel systems. Correct positioning of the mold and profile tool is important to ensure that the form develops evenly during production.
- The mold should be positioned correctly on the jigger wheel system.
- Vacuum-deaired plastic clay should be used for production.
- The clay should be placed evenly and in a sufficient amount onto the mold.
- The profile tool should be adjusted to match the mold form.
- Once the product reaches sufficient firmness, it should be carefully removed from the mold.

Usage and Drying
Wet Mold Warning: Due to recent production, the mold may occasionally be shipped while still damp or wet. In this case, it should be left to air-dry naturally for 1–2 days in a well-ventilated area before use.
It is recommended to dry the mold on a flat surface to preserve its surface form. Minor deformation that may occur on the outer edges or corners during transportation does not prevent use as long as it does not affect the forming surface of the product.
Mold Lifespan: The lifespan of the mold may vary depending on production intensity, the clay used, jiggering conditions, drying conditions, and method of use.
