Technical Details and Application

Painting and Glazing

Refsan underglaze ready-to-use paints are highly compatible with this bisque. For daily kitchenware use, ensuring a lead-free, non-porous glazed finish is essential for hygiene and durability.

  • Ceramic Application: Fire between 1040°C and 1050°C for a professional, high-gloss finish.
  • Tile (Çini) Application: Traditional tile glazes maturing at 900°C – 920°C are ideal for intricate artisanal decorations.

Decorative Use with Acrylic Paint

  • Suitable only for display-oriented decorative projects (no kiln firing required).
  • Safety Warning: Items finished with acrylics are not food-safe. Do not use for drinking or serving if finished with acrylic paint.

Craftsmanship & Variations

Fired at 1050°C to reach its sturdy bisque state, each Long Angular Coffee Cup Ceramic Bisque reflects the unique touch of artisanal production. Natural variations in thickness, size, or clay tone are hallmarks of authentic handcrafted pottery.

Firing Safety & Guidelines

  • Surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned of dust and dried before applying glaze.
