Usage: These glazes can be used at high temperatures (980-1150 C)
Application Method: It is applied with a brush.
In order to get the High Depth effect, it is necessary to apply as high density and weight as possible.
Due to the Coefficient of Expansion ( α=101.1x10-7) If a thin layer is applied on the white piece at low temperature (980 C), Crackle glaze is formed.
If too much glaze is applied in vertical applications, there may be leakage during firing.
Intermediate tones are obtained by mixing all glazes with each other.
Recommended temperature for vertical product Applications is 980-1020 C.
Recommended temperature for Flat Floor and Relief Products is 980-1150 C.
In brush applications; A round and soft brush should be used. After the first coat (1mm) is applied with the brush, the second coat should be applied again after waiting for it to dry.
If it is necessary to increase the consistency, water can be added.
