IMPORTANT NOTE: The product is supplied as fired but unglazed ceramic bisque. To make it suitable for serving food and beverages, its inner and outer surfaces must be coated with food-safe ceramic glazes and refired at the recommended temperature of the products used.

Application and Firing Notes
- Before painting, dust on the inner and outer surfaces should be removed with a clean, dry brush.
- The firing temperature must be determined according to the technical specifications of the paint and glaze used.
- Care should be taken to prevent excessive glaze buildup on the inner base, around the rim, and at the handle joints.
- The base must be kept free of glaze when placed in the kiln, and the handle must not touch surrounding products.
- Sudden temperature changes must be avoided when the product is used for hot beverages, and the glazed surface should be inspected regularly.
FOOD CONTACT WARNING: The glaze used must be suitable for food contact and applied according to the firing schedule specified by its manufacturer. After firing, the surface must be inspected for cracks, glaze flaking, pinholes, and sharp edges before the product is used for serving beverages.
Handcraftsmanship and Product Variations
Due to the ceramic production process, slight variations may occur between products in terms of dimensions, capacity, thickness, surface texture, body shape, and handle joints. These variations do not affect use and result from the natural characteristics of the product.
TEST RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended to perform a small test before application to check the compatibility of the selected paint and glaze with the ceramic surface, glaze buildup on the inner surface, their behavior at the handle joints, and the final firing result.
