The Hurrem Bowl Ceramic Bisque features a wide and elegant form inspired by traditional tableware shapes. Its balanced proportions make it suitable for serving snacks, desserts, sauces, or small meals once glazed and fired. The smooth bisque surface provides an excellent base for underglaze decoration and ceramic glazing techniques.
The wide opening and stable base provide both comfortable handling and an ideal working surface for ceramic decoration and glazing applications.
Our products are carefully fired at 1050°C to reach the bisque stage. This firing process increases durability and enhances the natural tone of the ceramic body. Different firing temperatures and durations may influence the final surface characteristics and aesthetic appearance.
Bisque products produced through casting or wheel techniques may show minor variations in thickness and dimensions. During casting, thinner or thicker areas may appear depending on the structural characteristics of the piece. These variations highlight the uniqueness of each product and reflect the character of handcrafted ceramic production.
Different clay bodies may also create natural color variations. For example, white clay produces lighter bisque tones while red clay results in darker and warmer shades.
Our products become durable after glazing and firing. However, usage conditions may vary depending on the application. Ceramic items are generally resistant to external factors but should still be handled carefully. Decorative surfaces created with acrylic paint may wear over time.
