Horizontal Vase Ceramic Bisque
Horizontal Vase Ceramic Bisque is an unglazed ceramic bisque product designed for painting, glazing, and personalized decoration projects, featuring a wide and slim body.
Its broad, flat side surfaces provide a large application area for underglaze paints, ceramic glazes, ceramic paints, landscape designs, modern graphic patterns, geometric compositions, and color transitions. Thanks to its slim depth, it can be displayed as a decorative object on shelves, tables, consoles, and similar surfaces.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The product is supplied as fired but unglazed ceramic bisque. To make it suitable for holding water, the inner surface must be completely coated with a suitable ceramic glaze, fired again at the temperature recommended for the glaze used, and tested for leaks before use.

Application and Firing Notes
- Before painting, remove surface dust with a clean, dry brush.
- The firing temperature should be determined according to the technical specifications of the paint and glaze used.
- Glaze should be applied in an even thickness to ensure consistent color and texture across the broad surfaces.
- Care should be taken to prevent excessive glaze from accumulating inside the narrow chamber, around the opening, along the corner transitions, and around the base.
- Excessive glaze application may cause pooling on the inner surface and glaze runs during firing.
- The base must be left unglazed when placing the product in the kiln.
- For products intended to hold water, the inner surface must be glazed completely and without gaps.
- The product should be placed flat and securely on the kiln shelf without touching surrounding pieces.
- After firing, check the surfaces for cracks, pinholes, sharp edges, or unglazed areas.
WATER USE WARNING: Glazing the product alone does not guarantee that it will be watertight. The correct glaze and firing program must be used, and the product should be filled with water for a specified period to test for leaks before use.
Display and Handling Notes
- The product should be displayed on a flat, stable surface capable of supporting its weight.
- When carrying the product, do not hold it by the opening or thin edges; support it from the body and base.
- Due to its slim depth, balance should be checked carefully when using tall or heavy floral arrangements.
- The compatibility of the flower stems with the vase opening should be checked before use.
- The product should not be placed on inclined or vibrating surfaces or near edges.
- It should be displayed where there is no risk of collision with other decorative objects.
Handcraftsmanship and Product Variations
Due to the ceramic production process, slight variations in dimensions, weight, surface texture, color tone, edge structure, and body form may occur between products. These differences do not affect use and are a natural result of the production process.
TEST RECOMMENDATION: A small test application is recommended before use to check the compatibility of the paint and glaze with the product, the result they produce on the broad surface, and their firing behavior.
