IMPORTANT NOTE: The product is supplied as fired but unglazed ceramic bisque. To make it suitable for contact with water and food, the interior and exterior surfaces must be coated with food-safe ceramic glazes and refired at the recommended temperature of the products used.

Application and Firing Notes
- Before painting, remove any dust from the surface with a clean, dry brush.
- If the product is cleaned with a damp sponge, it must be allowed to dry completely before application.
- The firing temperature must be determined according to the technical specifications of the paint and glaze used.
- The entire interior surface must be glazed evenly without leaving any uncoated areas.
- Care should be taken to prevent excessive glaze buildup on the pouring spout and around the rim.
- The glaze thickness around the handle joints should be carefully controlled.
- Thick layers of glaze must be prevented from forming along the corners and transitions of the geometric body.
- The base must be kept free of glaze when placing the product in the kiln.
- After firing, the surface must be inspected for cracks, glaze flaking, pinholes, and sharp edges.
- Before serving beverages, the product must be filled with water and tested for leaks and pouring performance.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE USE WARNING: Glazing the product alone does not guarantee that it is suitable for food contact or watertight. Glazes specifically identified as food-safe must be used, the correct firing schedule must be followed, and the pitcher must be tested with water before use.
Handcraftsmanship and Product Variations
Due to the ceramic production process, slight variations in dimensions, capacity, weight, surface texture, bisque color, body edges, and pouring spout may occur between products. These variations do not affect use and result from the natural characteristics of the product.
