Application Notes

• Brush application: Three coats over white clay are recommended for a rich, smooth and velvety surface.
• Applying coats: Apply each coat in a different direction to reduce brush marks and allow the surface to dry completely before applying the next coat.
• Matte character: Application thickness may affect surface uniformity and the level of matteness. Very thin applications may cause variations in color and opacity.
• Clay selection: White clay bodies produce cleaner and more vibrant orange tones. Dark or grogged clay bodies may create more rustic, fired-earth-like results.
