Application Notes

• Product preparation: Mix the product thoroughly before application until a uniform consistency is achieved.
• Surface preparation: The bisque surface must be clean, dry and free from dust before application.
• Brush application: Three coats over white bisque are recommended for a smooth, highly opaque and evenly matte surface.
• Coat application: Allow each coat to dry completely and apply every coat in a different direction to reduce visible brush marks.
• Matte surface: The final level of matteness may vary depending on the application thickness, peak temperature and cooling schedule.
• Application thickness: Thin applications may reduce opacity. Excessively thick applications may alter the surface texture and matte level.
• Dipping and spray application: Water may be added gradually and in a controlled manner until the required application consistency is achieved.
