Application Notes

• Brush application: Three coats over white clay are recommended to achieve a deep, opaque and velvety matte-black surface.
• Applying coats: Apply each coat in a different direction for a uniform surface and allow it to dry completely before applying the next coat.
• Matte character: Application thickness may affect the matte level, opacity and depth of the black tone.
• Clay selection: White clay bodies produce cleaner and more distinct black tones. Dark or grogged clay bodies may create more rustic results.
