GC 2025 Shrimp is a glossy, reactive glaze that combines warm coral, salmon and shrimp-pink tones with fine textured effects that develop naturally across the surface. Its fluid character allows it to gather in recessed and detailed areas, creating greater color depth. Its silky gloss and dynamic transitions give glazed surfaces a warm, energetic and organic appearance.

Application Notes

• Brush application: Apply 3 coats over white clay to achieve the characteristic coral and salmon variegation. Allow the surface to dry between coats and apply successive coats in alternating directions.
• Flow control: Due to its fluid character, the glaze may move downward on vertical surfaces and when applied thickly. Leave a sufficient unglazed area around the base to prevent the glaze from reaching the bottom of the piece.
• Clay body selection: Colors appear more vibrant and clear on white clay bodies, while different clay bodies may produce darker, more rustic or variable results.
• Dipping and spraying: Depending on the required application consistency, 5-10% water may be added. Add water in a controlled manner and adjust the glaze consistency to suit your application method.
• Preparation: Mix the product thoroughly before use to distribute the artistic components evenly and ensure a balanced flow effect across the surface.
