Double Pet Bowl Ceramic Bisque
Double Pet Bowl Ceramic Bisque is an unglazed ceramic bisque product designed for serving pet food and water, featuring two separate bowls within a single-piece body.
Its wide horizontal surface provides a convenient application area for underglaze paints, ceramic glazes, ceramic paints, paw prints, pet names, geometric patterns, and various illustrations. The two separate bowls allow food and water or different types of pet food to be served separately.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The product is supplied as fired but unglazed ceramic bisque. The bowls, rims, and upper surfaces that will come into contact with food and water must be completely coated with food-safe ceramic glazes and fired again at the temperature recommended for the glaze used.

Application and Firing Notes
- Before painting, remove surface dust with a clean, dry brush.
- The firing temperature should be determined according to the technical specifications of the paint and glaze used.
- The inner surfaces, rims, and areas of the bowls that will come into contact with food or water must be glazed without gaps.
- Care should be taken to prevent excessive glaze from accumulating around the bowl joints, inner corners, and recessed areas.
- The base must be left unglazed when placing the product in the kiln.
- After firing, check the glazed surface for cracks, pinholes, sharp edges, or uncoated areas.
- Before using the product for food and water, both bowls should be filled with water under controlled conditions to test for leaks.
FOOD AND WATER CONTACT WARNING: Glazing the product alone does not guarantee safe use. Only glazes identified by their manufacturer as food-safe should be used, and the bowls must be carefully inspected for surface integrity and leaks after firing.
Usage and Cleaning Notes
- The product should be used on a flat, stable, and clean surface.
- Using a suitable pet bowl mat underneath the product is recommended on slippery surfaces.
- Food and water residue should be cleaned promptly, and the bowl used for wet food should be washed regularly.
- A soft sponge should be used for cleaning. Metal scouring pads, hard scrapers, and abrasive cleaners should be avoided.
- Products that are cracked, broken, sharp, or have a damaged glaze surface must not be used.
- Dishwasher suitability depends on the technical properties of the glaze and firing program used.
- The user should determine whether the bowl capacity is suitable for the pet’s daily food and water requirements.
Handcraftsmanship and Product Variations
Due to the ceramic production process, slight variations in dimensions, weight, bowl depth, surface texture, color tone, and form may occur between products. These differences do not affect use and are a natural result of the production process.
TEST RECOMMENDATION: A small test application is recommended before use to check the compatibility of the paint and glaze with the product, the result they produce inside the bowls and recessed areas, and their firing behavior.
