• Wipe the internal surfaces with a damp sponge before use to ensure it is free of dust and debris.
• Thoroughly mix the casting slip (using an electric mixer or wooden spoon).
• Prepare the slip 24 hours in advance and use sodium silicate (glass water) for optimal fluidity.
• Pour the slip slowly, filling the mold to the brim.
• Depending on weather conditions, 2–4 casts can be performed per day.

Minor exterior imperfections on the mold do not affect the internal cast quality. The precision of the inner surface is the primary factor for achieving a professional finish.
