This professional 3 piece plaster mold is designed for high efficiency, allowing for the simultaneous production of two cauldron shaped coffee cups in a single cast. Perfectly compatible with both ceramic and porcelain casting slips, it is an ideal choice for increasing production speed in professional studios and workshops.

• Ensure the casting slip is prepared 1 day in advance using sodium silicate (water glass).
• Mix the slip thoroughly with an electric mixer or a wooden spoon before pouring.
• Pour the slip slowly into the mold, filling it completely to the rim.
• Depending on weather conditions, 2 to 4 casts can be made per day.

Before casting, wipe the mold with a damp sponge to remove any dust or particles. Minor surface imperfections on the edges do not affect the final product quality as long as the interior remains smooth.

• New Molds: If the mold arrives wet, wait 1 to 2 days for it to dry before use.
• Maintenance: Using the mold at the correct moisture level ensures the best results for your bisque.
