Application Notes

• Brush application: For a balanced granite-like appearance and even speckle distribution, 2-3 coats are recommended. Allow the surface to dry completely between coats and apply each coat in a different direction.
• Coat effect: As application thickness increases, the yellow-beige base tone, opacity, and density of the brown speckles may vary.
• Speckle character: The size and distribution of the speckled texture may vary depending on the clay body, application thickness, firing temperature, and cooling rate.
• Clay body selection: On white and cream-colored high-fire clay bodies, the base tone and brown speckles may appear more pronounced. Darker clay bodies may alter the overall color and contrast.
• Flow behavior: Its stable and low-flow character allows for controlled application on vertical surfaces and detailed forms.
