Ceramic Bowl Plaster Mold Series

This professional plaster mold series is designed for producing high quality ceramic bowls in various sizes. Perfectly compatible with both ceramic and porcelain casting slips, these molds offer a reliable and smooth modeling experience for professional studios and hobbyists alike. Each mold is crafted to ensure consistent wall thickness and easy release for your bisque production.

• Ensure the casting slip is prepared 1 day in advance using sodium silicate (water glass).
• Mix the slip thoroughly with an electric mixer or a wooden spoon before pouring.
• Pour the slip slowly into the mold, filling it completely to the rim.
• Depending on weather conditions, 2 to 4 casts can be made per day.

Before casting, wipe the interior of the mold with a damp sponge to remove any dust or particles. Minor external surface damage or chips on the edges do not affect the quality of the final product as long as the interior surface remains smooth and intact.

• New Molds: If the mold arrives wet, wait 1 to 2 days for it to dry before use.
• Maintenance: Using the mold at the correct moisture level ensures the best results for your bisque.
