Hard Baldür Plaster can be used particularly for porcelain lathe molds for cups and products with deep recessed forms. With a compressive strength of 250 kgf/cm2 and a hardness of 95 Shore D, it is suitable for mold applications requiring high strength.

Expansion and Wear Properties

Its 0.20% linear expansion value helps keep expansion under control during mold production. Its hard structure helps balance localized wear that may occur in molds with deep and different geometries.

Usage note: When preparing the mixture, the 45% water ratio and the specified setting times of the product should be taken into consideration.
