Application Notes

• Brush application: For a more pronounced green color and speckled texture, 2-5 coats are recommended. Allow the surface to dry completely between coats and apply each coat in a different direction.
• Coat effect: As the number of coats increases, the depth of the green tone and intensity of the black speckles may become more pronounced. Thinner applications may produce a lighter and more semi-opaque appearance.
• Consistency adjustment: For dipping, pouring, or spraying applications, 10-15% water may be added depending on the desired consistency. Add water gradually and in a controlled manner.
• Clay body selection: Green tones may appear more vivid and black speckles more contrasting on white and light-colored low-fire clay bodies.
• Firing effect: Speckle distribution, color depth, and surface appearance may vary depending on kiln heat distribution, hold time, and cooling rate.
