Application Notes

  • Coat application: Apply 2-5 coats by brush for rich earth tones and a balanced surface. Allow the surface to dry completely between coats.
  • Consistency adjustment: Ready to use for brush application. For dipping or spraying, 10-15% water may be added depending on the desired working consistency.
  • Clay body selection: On light-colored clay bodies, the amber transitions may appear more pronounced, while on darker clay bodies the earthy brown tone may appear deeper and richer.
  • Surface effect: On textured and relief surfaces, the glaze may concentrate in recessed areas, enhancing form details and natural tonal variations.
  • Preparation: Mix the product thoroughly before use to ensure even distribution of color pigments and effect-producing particles.
Important Recommendation: The intensity of the earthy brown tone, distribution of amber transitions, gloss level, and tonal variations on relief surfaces may vary depending on application thickness, clay body, firing curve, and kiln atmosphere. Testing on a sample tile before the main application is recommended.
