Application Notes

• Brush application: For a balanced surface and pronounced speckle development, 2-5 coats may be applied. Allow the surface to dry completely between coats.
• Coat effect: As the number of coats increases, the green tones may deepen while the surface texture and speckled effects may become more pronounced.
• Clay body selection: On white and light-colored low-fire clay bodies, the transitions between olive, moss, and pine green tones may appear more clearly.
• Firing effect: Speckle density, satin finish, and color transitions may vary depending on firing temperature, kiln atmosphere, hold time, and cooling rate.
• Consistency adjustment: For dipping or spraying applications, 10-15% water may be added depending on the desired consistency. Water should be added gradually and in a controlled manner.
