Area of Use
Oven Stone is used on the grill shelf of your electric oven in your kitchen. It is placed in the most suitable shelf row according to the flavor to be cooked.

 

Design
Tashoven Kiln Stone was tested in the R&D laboratories of REFSAN Refractory Industry Limited Company for a long time and researches on the density of the stone and its ability to retain heat were carried out.

After analyzing the user experiences of master chefs and housewives, the most suitable product was developed and finalized.

Thanks to the wooden shovel (plate) sent with the Oven Stone, you can effortlessly throw your dough on the stone.

These wooden plates also serve as protection for the Baking Stone during the shipping process or storage.

 

Features of the Baking Stone
With a width of 38 cm, a length of 30 cm and a thickness of 1.8 cm, the Kiln Stone is made of refractory, the same material as Tashoven stone kilns.

The rough structure on the underside absorbs the heat from below more quickly.

The glossy top surface, where the baking is done, allows the dough to be easily thrown away and retrieved.

The Oven Stone, which can reach a temperature of 250ºC in a short time, maintains its temperature for a long time thanks to its heat retention ability.

 

Capacity
Since the Tashoven Oven Stone is the size of a grill tray in kitchen ovens, you can cook 1 medium pizza/pita/plahmacun or 2 breads at the same time.

 

Cooking Capability
Pizza, Bread, Lahmacun, Lahmacun, Pide etc. doughy flavors can be cooked on the oven stone.

Cooking time varies according to the cooking temperature of your flavors.

On average, a bread is baked in 35 minutes at 200ºC.

Heating the Oven Stone
Heat the baking stone for 30-45 minutes at the highest temperature of your electric oven and in the bottom + top grill mode. (Depending on the oven, the time may vary.)

 

Shipping of the Furnace Stone

The Kiln Stone, which is a durable material, is placed on a wooden plate (shovel) of the same size and wrapped with normal bubble wrap and placed in a durable box packaging to prevent damage in the shipment.
