Seramiksir Orion 175 Gr S 1070

Recommended Firing Range: 1030–1050 °C

Application Features:
• In thin applications, it creates subtle vibrations over a dark brown base. As the application thickness increases, the surface develops intensified yellow and aged brown effects, shifting the color toward gray-brown tones.
• Has a covering (opaque) effect on the applied surface.
• Surface finish is matte.
• There is a risk of glaze crazing.
• Resistant to acids and contains no toxic substances.

Application Methods:
• Suitable for brush application; the recommended application thickness is 1 to 3 layers.
• For spraying or dipping methods, it is recommended to add approximately 5–30% water to adjust the density.
• Recommended Baumé range is 45–55.

Testing Recommendation:
• For customers using our glazes for the first time, we recommend making test tiles in their own kiln schedule and application style. Preparing test tiles in both vertical and horizontal forms depending on your method will help you better understand the glaze.
• The product shown in the visual was applied on CMR 250 white casting clay.
• When combining artistic glazes with other artistic or standard glaze groups, testing is advised to avoid potential incompatibilities.

Care and Cleaning:
• When washed in a dishwasher, the glaze surface may be exposed to high-temperature chemical solutions, which could cause matting or variation in artistic features.

Safety:
• Personal protective equipment is recommended during application.
• As glazes interact with heat, avoid fire and flame sources during use.
• Children should only apply under supervision.

Storage:
• Store the product airtight and away from direct sunlight.
• If left for a long time, the product may begin to dry. In this case, add a little water, stir thoroughly, and strain before use.
