Max. The Operating Temperature is RS Model 1200 - RSH Model 1300ºC.
- Voltage: 400 V.
-Kiln type: Cabin type, with car.
- The car is moving on the rail, so as to manually enter and exit the furnace. (Broken floor does not cause problems)
-Insulation content: Alumina brick with a strength of 1430°C, board plate with a strength of 1260°C, X1000 Board with a strength of 1000°C.

NOTE

-Fiber is not used in the oven. Compared to fiber furnaces; 3-4 times the service life, it saves a lot of electricity.
-Paint: Internal and external surfaces are completely painted with electrostatic powder with resistance to rotting (heat treatment is applied at 200ºC.)
-Heater: 1400ºC resistance, KANTHAL A1 resistance array.
- The oven floor level is at the appropriate height from the floor for ease of operation.
-Electrical control elements Telemecanique and Siemens.
- The control panel and oven electrical connections on the kiln are protected.
-4 on the surface, a ventilation gap of 40 mm. (it ensures that the kiln heats up and cools down comfortably, the gas and water vapor that comes out is easily disposed of, and the metal assembly has a long service life)
