The RD50 Annealing - Heat Treatment Furnace is a large-capacity chamber furnace developed for controlled heating, annealing, hardening and tempering of metal, steel, knives, cutting tools, glass and technical materials. With 1200°C and 1320°C maximum temperature options, it provides stable, homogeneous and repeatable heat treatment performance in annealing, hardening, tempering and controlled heating applications.

The high-density alumina bricks resistant up to 1430°C used inside the RD50 help keep heat evenly balanced inside the furnace during annealing and heat treatment processes.
