Usage and Testing Suggestions

YD-610 Sahara glaze can display artistic differences depending on the color and texture of the clay body used. Thanks to its medium-fluidity structure, it moves on the surface, tending to create artistic halos and crystalline earthy textures. For spray and dipping applications, the density should be adjusted by adding 10-20% water, and the product must be stirred thoroughly until homogeneous before application. It is recommended to perform tests in your own studio environment, as results may vary across different application thicknesses and clay bodies.

Maintenance and Storage Conditions

  • Preparation: Always stir the product thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained before use.
  • Storage: Should be stored in its original airtight packaging at room temperature.
  • Temperature Control: Color tones and surface textures may vary when fired outside the specified temperature range.
