OZZ GLAZE YD-530 Olive is a professional stoneware glaze product that brings the serene green tones and natural reactive transitions of olive trees to your ceramic works. Specially developed for high-temperature firings, this glaze creates rich brown and beige breaks on form details, contours, and edges, offering a deep, organic surface finish to your designs.
YD-530 Olive glaze should be applied in 2-3 consecutive layers to capture a homogeneous depth and artistic flows in brush applications. Thanks to its fluid structure, it accentuates the form details on the bisque and exhibits characteristic olive green transitions at high temperatures. Artistic result variations may occur with different application thicknesses and on various clay bodies. Tonal shifts may be observed depending on the firing temperature; for ideal results, firings at 1210°C and above are recommended.
