Mayco FN-004 Red Colored Glaze
Semi-transparent / semi-opaque glossy glaze. Sold in 118ml cans.
Applied in 3 coats. Each layer reveals different color tones.
Suitable for use on food containers as long as it does not crack. Non-toxic. It can be fired between 995°C - 1220°C degrees, different color tones appear between degrees.
The glaze in the 1st image was fired at 995°C. It produces a beautiful, smooth, bright red coating and is suitable for mixing for special colors.
The glaze in image 2 was fired at 1220°C. It has no color change and breaks the texture.
Deformation may occur at high temperatures.
